“Connecting past experiences with present patterns to foster self-compassion and lasting change.”

Growth often involves understanding how our past shapes our present. In therapy, we’ll explore how your experiences influence your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—helping you gain the clarity needed to nurture self-acceptance and encourage lasting progress.

Hi, I'm Elizabeth!

I take a whole-person approach to helping clients navigate ADHD, Neurodivergence, Self-Esteem, Complex Trauma, Spiritual & Religious Trauma, and Relationship Issues.

Therapy is a process of growth—not about erasing pain, but about building the strength, clarity, and self-trust to move through it. Unlike the quick-fix approach of Western medicine, therapy is more like tending a garden than buying a bouquet. It takes time, patience, and care to clear out what no longer serves us and make space for new growth. Though it may feel uncomfortable at times, when the environment respects your story and your nervous system, it becomes a place for lasting change — where hope can begin take root.

In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns in your life that feel unfulfilling, helping you connect the dots between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By gaining deeper insight into how these pieces interact, you’ll be able to create more meaningful shifts and build lasting change from a place of understanding.

Connected. Supportive. Grounded.

There are many approaches to therapy, but these are the key things that define mine.

It’s connected. I believe that healing is most powerful when it happens through genuine connection. Our work together is a space for you to feel truly seen and heard, where we can explore how past experiences shape present patterns and build awareness of your emotional and relational needs. This connection provides a safe foundation for growth and change.

It’s supportive. I’m here to offer a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment. Whether you’re working through ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma, or relationship struggles, you’ll have a supportive environment where your unique experiences are respected and your progress is honored. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, allowing space for both challenge and compassion.

It’s grounded. Therapy is a process, not a quick fix. My approach is grounded in the understanding that meaningful change happens over time. We’ll take the time to build stability in your nervous system and develop new patterns of thinking and feeling. With patience and care, we’ll create a solid foundation for lasting healing and transformation in your life.

Systems-Informed

In my 5 combined years as a state Child & Family Social Worker and Wilderness Counselor, I gained insight into how systems can both support and harm. I help clients navigate systems with a critical, compassionate approach that honors their autonomy and lived experience.

Trauma-Informed

Experienced in crisis intervention and relational repair. Working in youth wilderness therapy programs gave me a front-row seat to how trauma is often misunderstood and mishandled. I no longer align with the "troubled teen" model I once worked within, but that experience deepens my commitment to showing up with safety, humility, and relational repair at the center of all healing work.

Child & Family Trained

Deep understanding of relational dynamics and developmental needs. Child Protective Services gave me an up-close view of family patterns, attachment wounds, and resilience. This informs my attuntment to young people, caregivers, and intergenerational healing in the therapy space.

Clients Say:

Woman with Braided Hair
“I really value that Elizabeth gives me the space to ask for what I need. I have always had therapists that immediately give me their opinion, try to find a solution, or push me to think, do, or feel something. I have really appreciated that our sessions give me the perfect amount of space to reflect on my life while also allowing me to ask for Elizabeth’s guidance or her opinion when I feel I need it most.”
